Who makes the products?
A: Our products are developed with barbershop expertise, inspired by the award-winning Raisa’s Barbers in West London. They’re produced to high quality standards using trusted UK manufacturing.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
A: Yes. All Kick The Stigma products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.
Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We ship across the UK, EU and selected international locations. Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout.
Can barbers and salons stock Kick The Stigma?
A: Yes. We’re building a network of partner barbershops and salons. Email us at team@kickthestigmastore.com with the subject line “Wholesale / Trade” and we’ll get back to you.
Can I join the movement without buying anything?
A: Definitely. Just create a free account to receive updates, impact reports and mental health content, and to hear about events and campaigns.
What is your returns policy?
A: If there’s an issue with your order, contact us at team@kickthestigma.com within 24 hours and our team will help. For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened products.
Are the products safe for sensitive scalps?
A: Our formulas are designed to be gentle and suitable for most hair and scalp types. If you have very sensitive skin or known allergies, please check the ingredients list and do a patch test first.
How long does delivery take?
A: UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days. International shipping times vary by country. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
