Shipping Policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
UK Shipping We ship across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail, DPD and Evri. The following rates apply at checkout:
- Express Delivery (1–2 business days) — £6.45
- Standard Delivery (3–5 business days) — £3.99
- Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £50.00
International Shipping We ship internationally at a flat rate of £12.99. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. All customs fees and import duties are covered by Kick The Stigma Store — there are no hidden charges for our international customers.
Returns & Exchanges We want you to love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.
- A flat return shipping fee of £2.50 applies to all returns.
